Eastbourne Christian Housing Organisation, (ECHO), is an initiative of local people who want to ensure that there is no vulnerable person or family in the area without a safe and affordable rented home, through lack of appropriate property and personal support.

Our Values

• To empower individuals and families to make life affirming choices, decisions and sometimes changes.

Our Aims

• Purchase, improve and manage appropriate properties as resources allow.
• House tenants through referrals and recommendations.
• Support tenants in all possible ways to maintain their tenancy and to move on to better homes as and when appropriate.
• Work in partnership with other agencies to ensure that our tenants have every opportunity to address any life issues that may be a barrier to their playing their part in the wider community.
